All merchandise sales are final.

As a small farm and independent brand, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizing and item details before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to ben@bctreehouse.ca within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Policy

We ship all merchandise from Chilliwack, BC using Canada Post. Orders are packed with care and typically leave the farm within 3–5 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info (where applicable).

Expected Shipping Times:

🇨🇦 Within Canada: 5–10 business days
🇺🇸 To the U.S.: 7–14 business days
🌎 International: 2-4 weeks
