We understand that plans can change! Here's how our cancellation policy works:
Free cancellations within 48 hours of booking – no questions asked.
After 48 hours, all bookings are non-refundable.
Because our farm tours are limited and privately scheduled, your spot is held just for you. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small family-run farm!
If you need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly at ben@bctreehouse.ca and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
