The Birdhouse itself is a bespoke, liveable treehouse with a gorgeous backdrop, perfect for micro-weddings, elopements, photography sessions, and other intimate gatherings. This unique event space is nestled in the farm, offering breathtaking views, cozy indoor-outdoor flow, and a fairytale setting for your celebration.

Micro-Wedding Package - $4000
The Birdhouse is ideal for couples who dream of an intimate, heartfelt wedding in a unique and charming setting. Our micro-wedding package keeps planning stress-free while ensuring your day is everything you envision.
Exclusive access to The Birdhouse & surrounding space from 9 AM - 11pm (set-up and takedown must be within this window).
Outdoor ceremony space with picturesque mountain backdrop.
Space for up to 30 guests.
Full use of the Birdhouse kitchen, bathroom, and lounge area.
Visit by the Highland Cattle: We will organize the cows to come by so your guests can feed and visit with them across the fence
Day-of coordinator: Our professional host will work for you all day to ensure everything runs smoothly - directing parking, assisting with set-up/take down, run last minute errands, anything you need, for 8 full hours.
Parking for up to 10 vehicles on the property
Guided farm tour and visit with the cows for the wedding party’s enjoyment and photoshoot

For couples looking for a simple but meaningful ceremony. The Birdhouse offers an elopement package designed for intimate, romantic vows in a memorable setting, without the stress of a big event.

Perfect for a couple & their photographer.
10 guest maximum including bride and groom, and all paid help

Photography & Hourly Rentals
The Birdhouse is a sought-after location for photography sessions, creative retreats, and small gatherings. The venue can be booked by the hour for professional photography, styled shoots, or private use.
Hourly Rental Rates:
$175 per hour for photo shoots & creative sessions, minimum 2 hours.
Includes full use of The Birdhouse and all its amenities.
Maximum 2 cars per session.
Perfect for branding sessions, maternity, family portraits, engagements, and styled shoots.
House Rules & Venue Guidelines
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we have a few important guidelines to follow when booking The Birdhouse:
Guest Limit: The venue accommodates a maximum of 30 guests.
Noise Policy: As a working farm, we prioritize the well-being of our animals and neighbours. Music and sound must remain at a reasonable volume.
Set-Up & Take-Down: The rental window includes all set-up and take-down time, so please plan accordingly.
Parking Limit: A maximum of 10 vehicles is permitted on-site. We encourage carpooling when possible.
Catering & Alcohol: Licensed caterers and bartenders are recommended for events serving food and drinks. Please note that in British Columbia, a Special Event Permit (SEP) is required for serving alcohol at private events. Hosts are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local liquor laws. Our preferred vendor list is available for recommendations.
Decor & Rentals: Outside decorations are welcome, but we kindly ask that all items be removed at the end of your rental period.
Insurance Requirements: For peace of mind, we highly recommend that event hosts obtain event insurance to cover potential damages, liability, or unforeseen circumstances. Many insurers offer one-day event policies that protect both hosts and guests.
