The Matriarch of Yonder Highlands. Ruth is the largest and most iconic looking Scottish Highland cow that we’ve ever come across. With her light reddish fur and perfectly curved horns, she’s been featured in media all over the world. Ruth is tough but fair, protecting and leading the herd.
